Design based on Hartman Loop technology, IPC for VFD 3x1500KW chillers, VFD and VIL primary/secondary/condenser pumps, geothermal heat pumps, and adiabatic air condensers using humidifiers and all controlled by an integrated Plant controller

Institutional:

Al-Zahra Hospital, Dubai:

Project consisted of around 200 beds & 25 wards and 7 floors. A few features of this project are-meeting the Supply air changes per hour, Outdoor air changes per hour to the various rooms, Design for specified indoor conditions, Pressure relationship to adjacent rooms. HEPA filters of efficiency greater than 99.97%. Variable Air Volume systems and Heat Recovery units were specified for energy conservation purpose. Chillers, Air Handlers, Cooling Tower and Fresh Air Handlers, Chilled Water Pumps were other features in this project. HVAC Design was based on ASHRAE HVAC Design Manual for Hospitals and Clinics and ASHRAE 90.1 and 62 and Energy Efficient design.
